Divorce by its very nature is a contentious battle. Despite your best intentions and desire to keep things calm and civil, emotions can quickly spin wildly out of control. The stress you will experience is like nothing you have ever experienced. I’m tough as nails but was wholly unprepared for this situation. I had no idea how the other side would get so vicious and vindictive, following a scorched-earth approach to destroy my property and my relationships with others. Highly toxic and the stress was frankly, unbearable.

After being forced to change jobs, I turned to Glen Rabenn for help in getting a child support reduction order. My ex suddenly claimed she was unemployed from her good paying job and if anything deserved more child support from me. I took Glen’s advice and hired a PI to check her story out. In court, Glen put her on the witness stand where with his experience and line of questioning cemented her perjury. Little did my ex know that Glen had photographs and video of her going to work every day, and a PI ready to testify. GLEN HELPED ME GET MY LIFE BACK.
Glen navigated my case through a maze of false accusations and declarations made by my spouse. Without his help, I would not have received a fair judgment in the proceedings. Glen diligently handled the countless lies told by my spouse through his skill at pretrial preparation.
Glen was a very pleasant and knowledgeable individual to work with. He has an outstanding staff as well. I received a great result and got what I paid for, he is worth every bit of what he charges for his services. I interviewed several other attorneys before deciding to use Glen. I’m a tough-as-nails reviewer and my expectations are far higher than most. I expect results and professionalism, and with Glen I got both.
In my divorce case, every trick in the book was played out by my ex and her experts. Emotions ran very high. However, Glen was the consummate professional and he handled my case extremely well.
My case required the use of forensic accountants, business evaluation experts, property appraisers, a full-time bookkeeper, a vocational appraiser and a financial analyst. Glen recommended many of these experts and they served me well.
I note that Glen received a poor rating from someone who claims to have used him 20 years ago, and that reviewer is still very angry with his divorce outcome. Too bad that reviewer did not use Glen for the entire matter (he only used him for a short period of time at the beginning of the case). Had this reviewer continued with Glen throughout the case, his results would have likely been far more favorable and less contentious. He likely would not be still carrying the anger and resentment 20 years hence.
Listen, all divorces are tough. By design, the process pits one person against the other, and when money and children are involved tempers flare even more. My case was no different. However, Glen’s style kept things civil, and in the end, things turned out better because of Glen’s approach and significant experience. He knew opposing counsel, he knew the experts, he knew the judges. There is just so much to be said for that kind of experience and a great reputation in this area of specialty.
The reviewer that gave Glen the bad marks claims that his life fell apart and things are just horrible. Well, let me just say that my life only got BETTER because of Glen Rabenn and things have never been better in the past 25 years. Life is great, my mental health is great, my relationships with family and friends are FAR better, my financial position is improving and all is good because Glen Rabenn got me through my divorce so successfully.

I wrote the above review of Glen many years ago … my son is now 19 years old. I run a large company of over 140 people.
